Privacy policy
This policy covers www.codeatcloud.com and the requests you send through it. Each CodeAtCloud product (Cliniva, Affluence, JobnWorks, Service Portal) has its own privacy notice inside the product.
1What we collect
When you send a demo or contact request: your name, organisation, email, phone number, what you are interested in, the size of your organisation and your message. The same applies when you leave your details in the website chat.
The website sets no advertising cookies. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read; it collects anonymous usage statistics only, and we never send it your name, email, phone number or anything you type into a form.
2Why
Only to answer your request: to contact you, arrange a demo or send a proposal. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3Where it goes
Your request is stored in our CloudSuite platform and emailed to our team. Only the people who handle requests can see it.
4How long we keep it
We keep a request for up to 2 years after our last contact, unless you become a customer, when the product’s own terms apply.
5Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted or withdraw your consent. Write to enquiry@codeatcloud.com; we answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
